We believe that film is powerful, especially when it relates to your life personally. One thing Simplebulldog does on an ongoing basis is film training for students and leaders in other areas of the world so they can learn to create films that speak to their specific cultures. We bring in teachers from across the U.S. to teach different aspects of filmmaking. Some of the elements we teach are how to write a good story, cinematography, lighting, sound, editing, as well as how to lead conversations about film. We want to empower others to make films and do it in culturally relevant ways that more people would be impacted by the power of story.
